Importing data from an SQL database to another on the same server

Hello all ,
I'm looking for a way to import data from an SQL database to another on the
same server. The reason for this is that a WSS server failed and I will have
to install it from scratch and I want to be able to retrieve the site data
and files from the SQL databases.
Thanks in advanceAssuming you have access to Enterprise Manager , just do a IMPORT all
database objects, Or if the structure is already set up , import the data
